Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No pro-rata refunds for partial months.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 14 days: Pro-rata refund for unused months, minus 10% early termination fee

Submit refund requests to billing@neuroleash.com.

4. Service Issues

Significant service disruptions may qualify for a service credit or partial/full refund. Report issues to support@neuroleash.com within 7 days.

5. Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds for the difference within the same period.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your account cancels your subscription. Refund eligibility follows the rules above. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for violations of our Terms of Service, account suspension due to abuse, or failure to cancel before a trial ends.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@neuroleash.com with your account email, reason, and plan details. We process requests within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
