Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 April 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luni (“the Service”), operated by NeuroLeash Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Luni is an AI-powered meeting assistant that joins video calls on supported platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), records audio and video, generates transcriptions, and produces AI-generated summaries, action items, and insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to record meetings without the knowledge or consent of all participants, where required by applicable law
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents from meeting participants before using Luni to record any meeting. Different jurisdictions have different requirements regarding recording consent (one-party vs. all-party consent). We strongly recommend that you inform all participants that the meeting is being recorded. Luni identifies itself as a participant when joining meetings to aid transparency.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Free Trial

We may offer free trials of paid plans. At the end of your free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by NeuroLeash Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content (recordings, transcripts, and meeting data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroLeash Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuroLeash Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
